SS Mantola Video
The SS Mantola lies approximately 1.5 miles below the surface of the North Atlantic Ocean. The ship sank after being hit with a torpedo on February 9, 1917 during World War I. Odyssey discovered the shipwreck in 2011, approximately 100 miles from the SS Gairsoppa shipwreck, and inspected the site with a Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV).
