Listed On Russell 3000® Index

Odyssey added to Russell 3000, Russell 2000,
and Russell Microcap Indexes

Tampa, FL - June 25, 2007 - Odyssey Marine Exploration (AMEX: OMR), the world's leader in the field of deep-ocean shipwreck exploration, has been officially included in the Russell 3000, the Russell 2000, and the Russell Microcap Indexes.

The final index list was announced by Russell Investment Group at the end of business day on Friday, June 22, 2007. The Russell Group has posted the final membership lists, which include Odyssey Marine Exploration, on

The combined market capitalization of stocks in the Russell 3000, which reflects about 98% of the investable U.S. equity universe, has increased more than $3 trillion from $15.3 trillion at this point last year to $18.5 trillion today. Annual reconstitution of Russell indexes captures the 3,000 largest U.S. stocks as of the end of May, ranking them by total market capitalization to create the Russell 3000.
